As some of you might have noticed, I had to erase some more photos from my gallery AGAIN!!!
Once again, a photoshoot that didn't end up to get published at the magazine that ordered it because they didn't have the money to pay the model.
All I wanted was to keep 4-5 photos for my portfolio, since I worked for this shooting (and it wasn't just one shooting but 3 or 4, since we wanted different locations and the model wasn't very comfortable the first times so we had to do it again and again)
But no, since she didn't get played by the magazine, she told me I should delete those photos too and keep nothing for my book! She actually asked me to delete all the photos from my computer too! (a new boyfriend advising her might had something to do with that, anyway...)
I know that I own the copyrights to the photos; the model wasn't a minor this time so I'm cool with that, but still I respected her and deleted all the photos of her. The sexy ones at least. (from the web not from my computer ofcourse that was absurd!!!)
But from now on, to all the models out there, DON'T COME TO ME IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT! I'M DONE WITH THIS SHIT!
Always with lots of love! :P

(ps: This has happened a month now but I didn't want to mention anything since it was the holidays)

Also I was gone for a while during the holidays to a city I love so much, Thessaloniki, and I have many great friends there!
I had the honor to work with a great photographer there ~nextDoorARTist :iconnextdoorartist: (just pay a visit to his page and you'll see)
Hopefully you will see the result soon!
I loved it I think you will too! :D

Once again happy new year everybody!!! :D:D:D :blowkiss:

and the saga continues...................

damn what is it with you finding these flaky models allowing men to control their decisions and dictate their lives? 1st there was your friends who had that sleazebag manager, then that underage girl not to mention other stuff similar to what happened to you this time. as disheartening as it is don't allow that to discourage you, if this stuff keeps happening then it means better things are awaiting you on your path. just use it as a stepping stone. pretty soon these same flaky models are gonna want to work with you again when they realize just how badly they fucked up.:iconcuddleplz:

I keep thinking the same thing! that since bad things keep happening to me, better things will happen soon! But when will "soon" come? :P
Also those girls were not models, except the one with the manager, and she was pretty amateur herself. The others had their first photoshoot with me. So I guess it was my mistake too for working with non professionals.

well we live and learn right?;-)

and as far as your trials and tribulations i have to tell myself the exact same thing when stuff falls apart. i always re-evaluate and see where i messed up and what i did wrong and correct those mistakes. the other mishaps that were out of my control because they wern't of my doing i just chalk it up to experience and try to keep it in mind for future reference. i guess it's all part of the learning process we call life.

I am sorry about the pictures. The model I used for the cover of my book "Ronin the the Temple of Aphrodite" signed a release and agreed to be the cover model and I explained I do not include a model credit, usually, in my books, but would use her name on my website and give her credit any chance I could. Two years later she comes at me demanding I have the book pulled until I insert her name into the book. I don't like confrontation, so I just pulled the book from publication. Issuing a new edition, just to have her name int he book, would have been an expensive proposition and it just wasn't worth it.

She was very upset. I told her to keep to her agreements in the future. If we can't be trusted to keep our word, we have no business being in business.
