THe lighting and shadows are gorgeous, and the model is obviously quite beautiful. I love the makeup and the choice of background colors and the accessories (top and earrings). The pose is dynamic making use of several diagonal lines adding tension to the entire image.

To improve the image I would suggest the following. Lighten the shadows on the left eye slightly - even better would have been to have the model turn her head slightly more toward the camera so the light naturally illuminated the eye ad we could see a bit more more of the entire orbit.

Also, the jeans don't fit well with the overall look of the image. I would suggest cropping at the waistline to remove them being careful not to crop the elbow as well.

Of course, it's a terrific shot just as it is.
